At Terre di Gnirega, nature and its rythms are key players in vineyards and winery. Our work consists in supporting the natural processes, in order to obtain a genuine wine that can fully represent our territory and its traditions.
We are persuaded that the first step to produce a good wine is to do a good job in the fields: in our vineyards we apply exclusively manual workmanship, reducing as much as possible agricultural treatments and excluding any chemicals from plant protections. Chemistry is completely excluded even from our winery: our wines are both organic and natural, as result of spontaneous fermentations of native yeasts of grapes. Addictives are totally absent, in order to preserve the typicity of our product.
